That is the code. To edit this, first you need to know very very simple php.
echo means "say". What you make it echo (what is after the echo-statement) is what comes out.
Something starting with a $ is a variable. Something holding some content.
All you have to do is edit this content-holder.

For example you could change the line:
$joke[1] = "This is a joke...";
To
$joke[1] = "I am an annihilator";
Now, if the random number between 1 and 10 (set in top) is 1, the box will state I am an annihilator. Go ahead and edit loose!
