Okay, this is not really only for danes. But in general for people, who can't get console to show in Counter-Strike:Source. I looked around in the config.cfg file, and found out how to fix it!
How-To:
-> Go to Your Steam Folder*/steamapps/username*/counter-strike source/cstrike/cfg/
*Your Steam Folder will be where you installed steam. The username should be replaced with your steam username.
-> Open the file config.cfg with a simple texteditor.
(Right click -> Open with... -> Notepad)
-> Paste the following code ON A NEW LINE, below the rest of the code*:
bind "ALT" "toggleconsole"
This code will bind the key [ALT] to open and close console. You can put in a letter instead, if you wish. Like "l".
-> Save the file, and close it. Now you are done.
Remember! Console can only be toggled on when INGAME, that means, you have joined a server.
